Hana Janatova is the founder and has served as the artistic director and Executive Director of Mundi Project. As the visionary behind the creation of the organization with the other founding members in 2006, she specifically worked on board and program development, fundraising, grantwriting, and community and educational outreach.
From August 2011 – June 2018, Hana was responsible for the daily operations of the organization as Executive Director, and developed new procedures, protocols, and evaluations that were essential to the growth experienced in three community programs. She continues to strengthen and develop old and new partnerships with other nonprofit entities in the community. In her board position, project development, Hana brings twenty-five years of professional teaching experience as a Nationally Certified Piano Educator through the Music Teachers National Association, an MMUS in Piano Performance, and is a Change Leader through the Utah Division of Arts and Museums.
She ties her love of visual art and modern dance into creating inter-disciplinary performance projects to make piano performances experiences that are accessible to developing pianists and underserved communities. She has passion and vision in her participation with the board members, staff, and the piano and artistic community.
