The
Mundi Project's Internship Program offers a variety of opportunities
for those interested in making an impact on the future of
arts education. Our organization provides invaluable exposure
for all of its interns. We provide thorough orientation, training,
evaluation and recognition of our interns.
We view our Internship Program as a part of our educational
outreach. Because we are a small organization, interns will
have the chance to learn through direct contact with the board,
staff, artists and educators.
All internships are unpaid and require a minimum of six hours
per week and at least a three-month commitment. For initial
contact, please submit a cover letter expressing your interest
and personal resume. We are looking for interns who are arts-oriented,
hardworking, energetic, and responsible. We are currently
seeking interns to fill the following positions:
Piano Teaching Internships - internships available in tutoring piano students after-school for the 2009 Piano Monster Concert (March- May 2009).
Outreach Assistant - create press releases,
maintain mailing lists, help with mailings and flyer/poster
distribution.
Piano Bank Assistant - write letters to applicants,
maintain Piano Bank recipient and piano donation databases,
and assist in the acquisition of future piano donations.
Administrative Assistant - assist in public
outreach and grant-writing.
